- V-POINTS
- Points will be issued as follows: 1st-100, 2nd-98, 3rd-96, 4th-94, down to 50th place. Any teams that fish a tournament
and DO NOT weigh in a fish and qualify for tournament points receive 10 points regardless of how many boats are in the tournament.
- Total points for the year will consist of your best (6) regular season tournaments. So every team will be able to
drop their worst point tournament or if they are unable to fish one, it will not hurt their point total.
- Tie breaker of total points will be the team that accumulates the most weight of their best (6) regular season point
tournaments.
- VI-END OF YEAR AWARDS
- TEAM CHAMPION- The top team in the final point standings after the September tournament will receive a cash
award and plaques. The team must have fished at least (4) regular season point tournaments to be eligible. It means that the
team members combined must fish at least (4) of the regular season point tournaments as part of that team. The cash award
is $13.00 from each membership received for 1st points place and $6.00 from each membership for 2nd points place The teams
that finish in 2nd and 3rd in the final point standings will also receive plaques.
- BIG BASS OF THE YEAR: The person that catches the biggest bass of the year after the Classic in October will
receive a plaque and a cash award. They also must fish at least (4) regular season tournaments to be eligible.
- VII-BUDGETS AND FUNDS
- The funds consist of: $6.00 from each membership, $7.00 from each tournament entry, $2.00 from each tournament entry
for Big Bass of the year award and $14.00 from each Classic entry.
- The plaques for the year and food for the club bar-b-que, which will be held on a saturday evening of the September
tournament will be paid with money in the club fund. Any other equipment that is also needed for the club to run efficiently
will also be paid through the club fund.
- VIII-DISPUTES AND PROTESTS
- Disputes or protests over the awarding of plaques or cash will be resolved by the club officers who are present at
the time of the dispute. The tournament director must be advised of any disputes or protests prior to the awrding of trophies,awards,
etc.
- If necessary, the Club officers may appoint a committee of three members to settle the dispute. Their decision is
final.
- The tournament director will immediately inform the accused the nature of the dispute.
- IX-DISBANDMENT
- If the club is disbanded for any reason, all money left in the club fund will be divided equally among the remaining
members. All items that were donated for club use will be returned to the rightful owner.
